Capita - Approved Redevelopment on Oxford Street

Westminster Council have authorised renovation plans of 26-48 Oxford Street. ESA is managing the design of this scheme in support of Oriana GP Ltd and will be a joint venture between Frogmore and Land Securities; both companies have stated that this project will offer outstanding retail facilities. Galliard Homes are excited to be part of these plans acting as the selling agents in the completed product.

CoStar UK - The Makeover of Oxford Street

A joint venture between Land Securities and Frogmore will see the rejuvenation of Oxford Street which will include vast retail space and the introduction of big brands such as Caffe Nero. The project is following the renovation of Tottenham Court Road, across the road from the site. The plan also includes the development of 18 apartments set above the retail space and has been fully approved by Westminster Council.
